All Phillippa's artwork is framed and mounted in the same colour and style.   Not all mounts are decorated -  this will depend on the suitability and size of the subject matter.  All prices are inclusive of the mount and frame.  Phillippa's miniatures are all framed to ensure your collection of her work will have continuity in style when arranging for display!  When placing an order for artwork, the miniature will be reserved for 14 days following the reservation. Payment in full is required prior to shipping.  Bankers cheques in sterling (UK) or American dollars, must be made payable to Mrs. P. M. Tremlett.   

All original artwork that is purchased from this web site is sold in good faith.  If on receipt of your miniature you are not entirely satisfied, please notify Phillippa by e-mail within 7 days of receipt, return the painting and your money will be refunded in full.

Prices for all work includes postage and packing.  All work is sent via British Royal Mail.  Where ever possible, artwork is fully insured throughout shipping.  However, accidents can happen, so please notify Phillippa within 7 days by e-mail and return transit damaged goods to Phillippa and she will either refund your payment on return of the damaged artwork or replace the damaged work with a miniature of similar value if you so desire.  As all work is entirely original, an exact replacement is not possible, but a  printed preview of replacement work will be posted to you for your approval prior to return shipping.
